Booking Process
To secure your preferred day and time, a non-refundable deposit of $50 (per day when applicable) is required for all packages.

Deposit Details

• Deposits are separate from the package price and are necessary to confirm your booking.

• The deposit is non-refundable and will be applied towards the total cost of the selected package.

Remaining Balance
The remaining balance of the package is due at the conclusion of the photography session.

Late Arrival Policy
A 15-minute grace period will be allowed for client tardiness on the agreed day and time of the session, starting from the time the deposit was paid.

Rescheduling and Cancellation
Any rescheduling or cancellation within a 36-hour window prior to the scheduled session will necessitate a new deposit for the rescheduled day and time.

Travel Distance Surcharge
Your desired location for the shoot may vary, and I am committed to bringing my photography services to you wherever you are. For sessions beyond a designated radius from our base location, a travel distance surcharge will be applicable to cover transportation and time.

• Local Area (within 30 miles): No additional travel surcharge within this radius.

• Extended Area (31-60 miles): An additional fee of $50 will be applied to cover travel costs.

• Extended Area (61-100 miles): An additional fee of $100 will be applied to cover travel costs.

• Custom Locations (100+ miles): Please contact me for a personalized quote to accommodate your desired location outside our standard coverage area. (Love to travel!)
